Know someone with Medicare questions?

I'm the agent you refer them to.

If you work with seniors — behind a pharmacy counter, in a clinic, in a senior living community, across a financial planning desk — you get Medicare questions every day, and you don’t have time to answer them. That’s my whole job.

Who I Work With:

Neighborhood Pharmacies

When the copay is more than they expected. You see it all the time — someone gets to the counter, hears the price, and quietly walks away. Send them to me. I'll sit down with them, look at what they actually take, and help them find drug coverage that fits. My help never costs them a thing, and there's nothing owed by you.

Dentists

"Does my plan cover this?" Your patients ask, and the honest answer is "it's complicated." Dental care should not be a luxury as they age. That's where I come in. I take the time to help them understand their coverage and look at their options together, so cost doesn't keep them from the care you recommend. My help is always free to them.

Financial Planners

You've planned their retirement. I help with the healthcare piece. Health costs have a way of sneaking up on a well-built plan. I sit down with your clients, walk through their options in plain language, and help them find coverage that protects the budget you've worked out together. No cost to them — and it rounds out the good work you've already done.

Care Specialists

When cost gets between your patients and their care. If your patients are on Medicare or getting close, I'm happy to help. I'll walk through coverage with them and help them find a plan that fits the care they need, so they can follow your treatment plan without worrying about the bill. I work with ophthalmologists, podiatrists, hearing specialists, physical therapists, and dermatologists.

Extended Care Facilities

"Who helps Mom with her Medicare?" Families ask your staff, and it's not a fair question to put on them. Send those families to me. I help residents and their loved ones make sense of coverage — through a move-in, a change in care, or the yearly plan changes — and I'm always happy to come give a friendly Medicare 101 for your community. Free for everyone involved.

Community Centers

"Can I ask you a Medicare question?" Your members are already doing the right things — moving, connecting, taking care of themselves. But Medicare questions still come up in the hallway, and your front desk shouldn't have to field them. That's me. I'm happy to come by for a plain-language Medicare 101 between classes, or simply be the name you give when someone asks. Free for your members, and easy on your staff.

Here's what referring someone to me looks like:

1) No cost to them, ever. My help is free to the people you send, whether or not they ever enroll in anything.

2) Education first. I explain how Medicare works in plain language before we talk about any plan. Most conversations start with “I just don’t understand this.”

3) No pressure. People make their own decisions on their own timeline. Anyone you send me will be treated the way you’d want your own parent treated.

4) They come to me. Give them my card or my number and have them reach out when they’re ready. You never need to hand over anyone’s contact information. That keeps things simple and above-board for everyone.

5) Nothing changes hands. I don’t pay for referrals and I don’t accept payment from the offices I work with. You send someone because it helps them, and that’s the whole arrangement.
